Enrique Teran was born into the real estate industry. His participation as a kid in his family real estate business helped shape a solid mind-set of inspiration and understanding on the opportunities to transform the real estate industry and its processes. Having a strong computer background, he went on to acquire a degree in Management and Information Systems to solidify his computer knowledge. Immediately after graduating in 2000 he acquired his real estate license and began the process of transacting in the real estate business. By 2002, with an immense amount of success and his computer abilities, he set his eyes in transforming the way realtors and consumers transact by providing one of the first paperless platforms seen in the real estate industry. Once he accomplished this, his inspiration for what he calls the “unique consumer experience” grew further and began to develop unique applications combining data analytics and simple interfaces to provide his agents and consumers with the relevant information needed to truly add value to a transaction. These creations and his inspiration for that “unique consumer experience” has him constantly questioning industry practices and upgrading them to a simpler, faster, and better way to tackle consumers concerns.

After years of success in real estate, Enrique partnered up with Andres Korda and Cecilia Teran and founded Avanti Way Realty with the purpose to amplify the “unique consumer experience”. The company now has close to 500 agents, over 11,000 transactions and 6 offices between Miami Dade and Broward County. Avanti Way has been recognized 3 times in the last 5 years within the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Southeast Florida (by the South Florida Business Journal) and was the 2nd largest company in Florida for agent intake in 2015. The inspiration driven by the partners of Avanti Way has developed a one of a kind formula that embraces a unique approach to the use of technology in the industry, tools, platforms, systems, accountability, and education providing agents the ability to accelerate their business and transparency for consumers conducting real estate. Enrique’s passion is not only seen by the outstanding results of the company, but has also been recognized numerous times and is a recipient of Real Estate Achievers and Leaders Residential Broker Award for 2016 (by The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce), the Up & Comer Real Estate Award 2016 (by South Florida Business & Wealth Organization), not to include many other awards provided for his excellence in upgrading the real estate experience.
