Heather has spent the majority of the last decade immersed in the real estate industry: working as a sellers' and buyers' agent, blogging about Loudoun County and the industry at large, and teaching/speaking/training both locally and nationally. For 2 years,she worked to help NAR hone their social and digital strategy, coordinating messaging for the largest trade association in the country. However, she was called back to her brokerage roots by a desire to work more closely with agents and brokers to help them achieve success. In 2014, Heather began a new role as Vice President of Industry Engagement for Century 21 Redwood Realty, rejoining the Redwood family to lead their branding charge and bring their compelling story to the real estate industry.
