Heidi Pay is Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty in Marin County. Heidi joined Decker Bullock in 2011 and grew the business from 30 agents to 175 agents, in addition to 25 staff in nine Marin locations.  Since taking over management of the company it has achieved the unprecedented growth in Marin, moving from Number #6 in Market Share to Number #1 in 2015.  With over $2 billion in sales volume and 1,000 transactions annually, Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty has the second highest productivity per agent of all Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates in the US.

Heidi brings a business background to real estate management in addition to her professional experience having worked as Vice President and Sales Manager of McGuire Marin and as a Salesperson for Prudential California Realty prior to joining Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty.

 Heidi Pay has two Associate in Arts degrees in Natural Science and Behavioral Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology.  Heidi graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of both the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology, Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and Mensa. Heidi has a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.
