John L. Heithaus is a noted real estate expert and third generation real estate professional. Mr. Heithaus' 30+ year career in residential real estate and relocation spans management and executive positions with MRIS, Sentrilock, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation and a ground breaking $250m real estate and relocation consumer portal, Monstermoving, a division of Monster.com.

In his parallel career, John is Managing Partner of two Nashville-based artist-owned and operated record labels, SuperStar Records and Pure Music Nashville and SuperStar Factory, an experimental event marketing agency. The label's artists include multi-Grammy winner Tom Hambridge, Quinn Sullivan, Jack Mack & the Heart Attack Horns, the Justin Kalk Orchestra, and Luke Bulla. Several of their Artists' projects have been honored with Grammy nominations and other industry awards. John and a partner co-invented and launched the world's rock fantasy camp program which has been widely adopted worldwide.

John holds a BS degree in Liberal Studies from Iona College, an MA (with Honors) in Organizational Leadership from American Public University, and a graduate diploma in International Business from Georgetown University's McDonough Graduate School of Business as well as completed executive programs at The Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and The University of Texas/Austin.
