Leighton Dees

7 Real Estate Framework
Founder
A marketing strategist & web/graphic designer, Leighton’s passion is focused around constant innovation of that which influences and impacts the hearts and minds of North American culture. Founding several companies on and offline, Leighton Dees is an Internet & real estate entrepreneur. From 1998 to 2003, he assisted in building consumer consumption in the wireless communications industry, and helped build Planet Cellular to become the largest dealer for Cingular Wireless(now AT&T Wireless) in the southeast. He exited the wireless industry in 2003 and founded an online fundraising company for non-profit groups and teams. In 2005, he entered the real estate industry and began his work on innovation in the marketing and transaction processes for consumers. In 2008, he co-founded the independent brokerage ORACLE Real Estate. He continued to strive at keeping his companies at the forefront of where technology and real estate come together.

Because of this passion, in 2011, he decided to combine forces with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand and his own firm to form Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Generations in Alabama. Understanding that excellence is obtained by design, not by default: he has built the foundation of his endeavors on the true understanding of the immeasurable value of a relationship.

In early 2012, Leighton was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the WCR Mobile Chapter while simultaneously being profiled on the cover of the national publication Real Estate Magazine published by RIS Media. In Jan 2013, Leighton was awarded the nomination by Inman News as a member of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate at the ICNY Conference in New York City. Due to his consistent, unique deployment of design and marketing innovation with technology, his brokerage received the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Technology Award in 2012 and 2013 for the entire national brand. In 2014, Leighton’s real estate brokerage was nominated as a Top 10 Finalist for the national Inman Innovators Awards in San Francisco, California. He and his business partner went on to win the national award for Most Innovative Real Estate Brokerage by Inman News. Leighton then branched out and authored and founded the GENLIFE Real Estate Training Systems platform. In 2016, he launched the training platforms PeopleBoost & 7 Real Estate Framework for the real estate industry and was awarded with being listed on the Swanepoel Power 200 List as one of the Top 20 Social Influencers in Real Estate.
